Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). For pre-orders, estimated wait times and dates are provided directly on the product listing.

Yes! If you are located in Invercargill, you can select the local pick-up option at checkout. We will then send you the details to arrange a collection time.

We offer a 7-day return or exchange policy, provided the goods are returned in brand-new, unworn condition with original tags attached. Items must be free of animal hair and perfume scents. For posted items, the 7-day window begins from the delivery date.

Please note that all clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned, as stated on their listings.

If an item is faulty, we will gladly repair, replace, or refund the cost of the item within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that normal wear and tear does not qualify as a fault. Please contact us immediately if you suspect an item is faulty.
