We have a 7 day return or exchange policy providing goods are returned in brand new unworn condition and tags attached, not covered in animal hair and smelling of perfume also . For items that are posted this is 7 days from the delivery date. There is no returns on our clearance items as stated on the item listings.
Faulty items will be repaired, replaced or refunded for the item cost. Within a reasonable time frame and normal wear and tear will not count as faulty. Please contact us.
Orders are usually processed within 1- 4 days excluding weekends and holidays and if your order is a preorder dates are given on the listing with wait times. If Covid 19 alert levels are in level 4 no shipping posted during this time and will resume under level 3. Postage within NZ is a flat rate of $8, with free postage within NZ on orders over $200.
